危险品鉴定及包装检测室基本情况和业务简介--颂唯国际物流

一、中心简介：中华人民共和国上海出入境检验检疫局工业品与原材料检测技术中心危险品鉴定及包装检测室，主要负责上海市各进出口企业的进出口危险品鉴别分类以及危险品包装检测业务，并向国内外用户提供危险品分类定级等相关领域以全面、准确、及时的服务。危险品鉴定及包装检测室拥有检测工作所需的各类危险特性专业检测实验室，总占地面积约为1500平方米。中心不但配备有先进、精密的检测设备 (大部分仪器设备在国际上处于先进水平),而且拥有经验丰富的专业测试人员，能满足检验工作及科研制标的需要，是中国国内具有权威的危险品鉴别与分类的专业机构之一。危险品鉴定及包装检测室能够进行各种危险品的鉴别与分类检验业务，设有专门的危险特性检测实验室，主要包括：基本理化性质实验室，气体实验室，气溶胶实验室，易燃液体实验室，易燃固体实验室，自热物质实验室，综合实验室及其它危险特性实验室等。

1 Brief IntroductionDepartment of Certification of Dangerous Goods and Packing，subordinated to Inspection Center of Industrial Products & Raw Materials, Shanghai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the People’s Republic of China, presides over certification，classification and packing of dangerous goods for imports and exports enterprises of Shanghai mainly, and provides correlated services about certification and classification of dangerous goods for the applicants of domestic and overseas exactly.

Department of Certification of Dangerous Goods and Packing possesses of advanced and precise instruments, seasoned and professional engineers and all kinds of dangerous properties testing labs with total area of 1500 m2. It is one of the most authoritative testing organizations undertaking certification and classification of dangerous goods in China.

It is consisted of many laboratories, that are Physical and chemical properties, Gases, Aerosols, Flammable liquids, Flammable solids, Self-heating substances, integration and other dangerous properties lab etc.

二、认可资格：中华人民共和国上海出入境检验检疫局工业品与原材料检测技术中心危险品及包装检测室，是以ISO/IEC 17025标准建立质量保证体系的检验实体，并获得了中国实验室国家认可委员会(CNAL)的认可。CNAL同世界各主要国家和地区的认可组织达成了互认协定(MRA)，获得CNAL认可的实验室，签发的证书和报告获得广泛的承认。

2 Accredited QualificationEstablishing its quality assurance system according to ISO/IEC 17025, Department of Certification of Dangerous Goods and Packing is accredited by China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories (CNAL). CNAL has signed mutual recognition agreements (MRA) with major accreditation organizations all over the world. Test reports and certificates issued by laboratories accredited by CNAL are accepted locally and internationally.
