●要求：清晰展示公司股权结构，向上穿透到个人，并注明比例，图中名称均英文展示

7、业务活动证明（如发票，提单，合同，租赁协议，投资协议），英文版3份（如有）

●要求：正式文件.能够清晰展示公司的业务活动，如果没有，请提供公司简介和业务描述，并提供关联公司或控股公司的业务证明（如有）

8、业务范围说明:请按以下要求写一段英文说明（不限于图片、文档或PPT，文件需签字）

●要求：

①介绍公司业务的类型和范围，请真实描述；

②公司资金的主要去向，主要投资于哪些领域和范围；

③开户目的说明；

④资金来源描述（如果是外部融资，需要写出外部融资来源的信息；内部也需要写出是母公司注资还是股东自己出资）

9、业务发展计划（非必需）:今后业务发展的规划，提交会提高审核通过概率

二、公司相关资料

1、公司实际控制人，授权签字人、最终受益人（直接或间接拥有超过（包含）25%股权的所有人）有效期一个月以上的身份证明材料

●要求：

①护照信息页彩色扫描件；

②居民身份证双面彩色扫描；

③住址证明（六个月内，必须为居住地址，本人姓名，包括但不限于水电费缴费单、信用卡账单、电商订单等）

●如果网银操作员为以上人员范围之外的员工，需要提交证件扫描件备案（身份证或护照，以开户申请表填写为准）

●E-bankingoperatorneedstosubmitascannedcopyoftheidentitydocument(IDcardorPassport,subjecttotheAccountOpeningApplicationForm)

2、最少由法定开会人数的董事签署的董事会开户决议（我行提供模板，如公司只有一位董事且为账户协议签署人则无需提交）
